Down the highway, deep in the canyon under the moonlight, the tall man was at work again. He carefully ground one footprint into the sand, then he removed both his boots. After each barefooted step, he carefully covered his print over with sand. It was masterfully done. One single footprint remained, far behind. Soon he came to a patch of grass. He replaced his boots and began moving again at a quick pace, using his long strides, sticking to the grass. He turned a corner and vanished, like a giant ghost…with a grin on its face.
